Framework adoption and plugin configuration

  • Development skills move from skills/ to framework-skills/, so installing the plugin no longer loads them into the agent
  • MCPB and plugin installers collect WORKFLOWS_DIR, GLOBAL_INSTRUCTIONS_PATH, WATCHER_DEBOUNCE_MS, and MCP_LOG_LEVEL; a blank answer takes the schema default
  • Bun engines floor >=1.3.0 → >=1.4.0
  • Schema-invalid tool arguments return the structured InvalidParams (-32602) envelope
  • A trailing slash on MCP_PUBLIC_URL no longer doubles in advertised links, and a cancelled request now closes its SSE stream immediately
  • Minor and internal: audit:fix script, lint:packaging user_config and version-parity checks, design doc reconciled with as-built, issue forms, scaffold tooling resync
  • deps: @cyanheads/mcp-ts-core ^0.12.5 → ^0.13.0, zod ^4.5.4 → ^4.6.1 (+ dev-dep bumps)
