Adopt mcp-ts-core 0.13.6 with a clean shutdown path

  • createApp declares sessionMode: 'stateless' in src/index.ts, stating the HTTP session posture in code instead of relying solely on MCP_SESSION_MODE (#23)
  • WorkflowIndexService's fs.watch handle and debounce timer are released via createApp({ teardown }), and a shutdown landing during the first index build no longer opens a watcher (#25)
  • Argument rejections carry data.reason, a schema-derived Recovery: hint, and a (reason … · not retryable) trailer; client-added root keys, case-style key aliases, and a JSON-stringified array are normalized before validation (mcp-ts-core 0.13.3–0.13.5)
  • Framework skills, scripts, issue templates, and the CodeQL workflow synced to the mcp-ts-core 0.13.6 templates
  • deps: @cyanheads/mcp-ts-core ^0.13.0 → ^0.13.6, zod ^4.6.1 → ^4.6.5, yaml ^2.9.0 → ^2.9.1 (+ dev-dep bumps)
