native-platform Docker build stage

  • Dockerfile build stage now runs on the native builder platform (FROM --platform=$BUILDPLATFORM) — the linux/amd64 leg of a multi-arch build no longer compiles TypeScript under QEMU, where Bun 1.4.0 aborts
  • Comment on the production bun install states what --omit=peer drops and why the OpenTelemetry step repeats it
  • No source change — tool surface, schemas, and runtime behavior are identical to 0.3.1
