Patch release that fixes the publish workflow.

Fixed

  • Publish step order in .github/workflows/publish.yml — npm test now runs
after npm run build. The cli.integration.test.ts and e2e.stdio.test.ts suites
    spawn dist/bin/veche.js / dist/bin/veche-server.js via process.execPath, so on a
fresh CI checkout (where dist/ does not exist yet) tests failed with code 1 until
the build had run. prepublishOnly reordered for the same reason.

Changed

  • Dropped --access public from the workflow's npm publish invocation — it was
redundant for an unscoped package (public is the default). Provenance flag retained.
  • Excluded spec/ from the npm tarball (files array) — slims the published package
(the spec is still committed in the GitHub repo, just not bundled with npm install).

No source-code changes vs 0.1.1. Same mcp__veche__* surface, same CLI, same skill.
