🔍 scan

Profile	What runs
static	filesystem/static analysis only, executes nothing
standard	static + Cargo metadata + Git status (default)
deep	adds cargo check, Clippy and tests; may execute project code

Option
--profile <PROFILE> · --static · --deep	choose a profile
--format <compiler|plain|audit|markdown|html>	output format
-o, --output <FILE>	write to a file
--capsule <DIR>	write a verifiable capsule
--history <DIR>	append a privacy-light, hash-chained run (.diagprint/history recommended)
--history-label <LABEL>	label the run
--git-provenance	bind the run to a clean Git commit/tree

📦 capsule

capsule verify <CAPSULE>	verify every manifest-listed payload
capsule inspect <CAPSULE>	verify first, then show contents

📚 history

verify	run digests, chain links, sequence, head
show	runs, chain identities, semantic transitions
fingerprints	logical finding identities and lifecycle state
lineage <FP>	one finding across all runs
why <FP> · timeline <FP> · graph <FP> · replay <FP>	same as the top-level commands
remediation-verify	verify every remediation evidence sidecar
git-bind <RUN> <COMMIT>	backfill a user_asserted Git binding

Fingerprints can be the full canonical value or a unique leading hex prefix from history fingerprints.
