This maintenance release includes the following updates:
- Fixed hydrodynamic vessel GUI validation for ShipX and WAMIT models. Viscous damping is provided through editable GUI parameters and computed at the start of the simulation.
- Updated the Otter model to use the loaded displacement in the surge added-mass calculation.
- Updated and reorganized README documentation for the MSS libraries, vessel models, quick reference, and tutorials.
