soft3 0.10.0 — the query, the keys and the language

the release wave: three components graduate from the table's dashes to both axes.

new in this release

• inf 0.1.0 — the query engine: datalog over BBG, fixed-point evaluation, provable lowering onto nox/zheng. Nine crates (inf-value/ast/lex/parse/source/plan/eval/lower/cli).
• cyber-mudra 0.1.0 — neuron identity: keys, seeds, claims; the legacy-key bridge (BIP39 → bech32 → ADR-036). The signing layer the chaosnet needs next.
• rune 0.1.0 — the dynamic language: eleven crates (rune-* + cyber-rune, binary rune), bound live to prysm chunks in the cyb terminal.

unchanged core

soft3 node (cybergraph+bbg, cybermark wire, log replication, one-signal-one-block canon) as in 0.9.0. Network: spacepussy-test on cybernode — everything is test.
