Fixed multiple bugs including:
- Title for entry bug when displaying 10+ entries
- Colored text incorrectly displaying for users
- LS command showing word "Entry" as green
- Carve command returns "File is directory" when passing the mft number of a directory
- Output to txt file always being enabled

A few quality-of-life features were added as well as data run processing.

This is a copy of the tool in its alpha state. It currently has 0 features built out. It can currently parse all attributes in 90% of all attributes. There are currently a few niche missing attributes.
