Metadata-only local Skill adapter

  • Adds the aigc-director-local-skill-adapter contract, schema, validator, CLI command, example, and documentation.
  • Lets a public project describe local Skill stage labels, input/output contracts, and evidence semantics without publishing Skill instructions.
  • Adds the adapter manifest to verify-examples and the Python 3.10-3.13 CI matrix.

Validated

  • 44 unit tests passed.
  • Public example verification passed 12 of 12 checks.
  • Ordinary package installation, installed CLI, compile checks, and dependency checks passed.

Boundary

This release does not package or execute local Skills, expose prompts, paths, assets, credentials, or media, launch a runtime, generate content, or claim final video QC.
