What's Changed

This update removes the dependency on GearSwap and Shortcuts, allowing you to use Trust without either addon loaded. With these changes, several issues executing commands on the Japanese client have been addressed. Check out the previous releases for a list of other features that have recently been added.

GearSwap

Previously, GearSwap was required to perform actions like casting spells, using a job ability or performing a weapon skill. Failing to have GearSwap loaded would result in errors like Error running command: /ws "Tachi: Fudo" 12345. With this update, GearSwap is no longer required (although strongly recommended!).

  • Trust will now handle commands that reference a target id if GearSwap is not loaded.
  • An error will be displayed if GearSwap is not loaded.

Shortcuts

Shortcuts allows you to abbreviate built-in FFXI commands (e.g. /ma c4 Jerry instead of /magic "Cure IV" Jerry). Previously, Trust relied on shortcuts to perform actions like casting spells, using job abilities and performing weapon skills. With this update, Trust actions now uses unabbreviated commands, making Shortcuts optional.

  • An error will no longer occur when executing commands without Shortcuts loaded.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where shared profiles could not be imported properly.
  • Fixed issue where GearSwap enabled/disabled setting would sometimes reset when reloading Trust.
  • Fixed issue where | would be appended to a profile name when creating a new profile with a mouse.
  • Fixed issue where Scholar could not pull when in Light Arts.
  • Fixed issue where Sluggish Daze Lv.6-10 would not show up as debuffs in the target widget.
  • Capped maximum number of Bard songs at 2 when GearSwap is disabled.
  • Removed Bard songs from Gambits.
  • Fixed issue where GearSwap fallback did not work for songs.
  • Added additional error message for when GearSwap is not loaded.
  • Defaulting action parsing when GearSwap is not loaded to false.
  • Updated default spam ability to exclude AOE abilities.
  • Moving the cursor next to a buff will now tell you the conditions that have not been met to perform the spell or job ability.
  • Fixed several issues where commands would not be performed on the Japanese client correctly.
