Foundation prerelease
This release establishes the recovery-safe repository baseline: protected CI, a live static flasher page, typed protocol and board-recovery contracts, release-evidence gates, and a physical bring-up evidence record.
Not flashable
No firmware binary, board pin mapping, recovery image, Meshtastic integration, or automatic flashing path is included. Do not use this release to flash hardware.
The first hardware candidate will require exact-board evidence, serial-recovery proof, checksums, a rollback image, and a separately reviewed release.
