Patch on top of v1.24.0 (docs-alignment release), folding in the last of the documentation-review findings:

• DAY2.md: check release notes before every update (docs don't scope this to majors); test updates on a staging copy first for business-critical instances; footnote on the docs' official pull → down → up -d sequence vs. the skill's teardown-free pull → up -d (both safe).
• Queue template: comment on the postgres:16 pin — n8n supports "actively maintained" Postgres versions, so revisit the pin as 16 nears EOL (~2028).
