Added

• Episode completion can now report its durability (#1080):
  complete_episode_checked returns an EpisodeCompletionReceipt
  (Local/Committed/Queued) sourced from live durable-write queue state, so
  an enqueued write can no longer be mistaken for a durable commit; the legacy
  complete_episode keeps its enqueue-then-return behaviour and discards the
  receipt. DurableWriteQueue::flush errors now name the permanently failed
  episode IDs plus repair guidance.

Changed

• do-memory-cli episode complete|fail now act on the checked completion
  receipt (#1081): a queued durable write is drained with a bounded
  --durable-timeout-secs (default 30) before any success output, drain
  timeouts or permanent failures exit non-zero naming the episode, and the
  human/JSON/YAML result reports the final durability (committed/local).
  No-op for memories without a durable backend.

Fixed

• search_patterns and recommend_patterns clamp caller-supplied limit and
  min_relevance and truncate oversized query/task_description/domain/tags
  with the shared constants, closing a resource-exhaustion gap (CWE-770)
  (#1113).
