  • Added new project/package for additional DI containers called: D20Tek.Spectre.Console.Extensions.MoreContainers.
  • Moved all non-Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection type registrars to the new package. Keeping the D20Tek.Spectre.Console.Extensions package with minimal dependencies.
  • Added all package metadata and references to the new nuget package.
  • Updated publishing scripts to include the new package.
  • Added unit tests for this change and remaining untested areas.
  • Added NullRemainingArguments class to help in testing commands when user doesn't care about arguments.
  • Added support to test fakes for async delegate methods.
