This patch restores the Context-Aware Guidance tooltips ("Green/Purple" banners) which were inadvertently hidden during the refactoring process. The UI is now fully functional with all help systems active.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Missing Overlays: Fixed an issue where GuidanceOverlays and MapToolbar were not rendering in the map view.
  • Legacy Code Cleanup: Removed residual inline code from MapContainer.jsx to prevent future conflicts.
