Export collections as .http files. Import .http files back into Recon.

The .http format is plain text, Git-diffable, and readable by JetBrains HTTP Client, VS Code REST Client, and other tools. Your API collections are now portable across the ecosystem.

  • Export any collection as a .http file (download icon on collection tab)
  • Import .http files back into Recon (download arrow in sidebar)
  • Round-trip safe: export then import reproduces the collection
