Codex Inner IDE v0.4.1 Preview

Highlights

Adds a compatibility profile for Codex Desktop 26.721.30844 with bundled
codex-cli 0.146.0-alpha.3.
Enables the existing Browser-first IDE route for the new compatibility profile,
with automatic native-window fallback.
Retains all v0.4.0-preview multi-language runtime, completion, Workspace,
Setup, theme, sidebar, authenticated loopback Bridge, and security behavior.
Keeps support for the previously validated Codex Desktop profiles.

The installed ASAR retains the Sidepanel, composer, Quick Chat,
selected-text overlay, and avatar-overlay markers used by desktop-v1.
The bundled CLI retains codex app-server and stdio transport.
Compatibility and App Server integration tests run against the installed
Codex build before packaging.
