grep parser — dashed path mangling fixed
Lines like src/my-module/foo.rs:10:content were parsed as path="src/my" because the old algorithm used the first - to detect context lines before finding any :. New two-pass algorithm: prefer :N: (match lines) in the first pass, fall back to -N- (context lines) only when no colon-separated line number is found. Paths with dashes now parse correctly. Context-line column extraction also fixed.

Build tools — stderr now combined
cargo build, cargo check, make, cmake, gcc/g++/clang, go build, swift build, and xcodebuild write errors and warnings to stderr, not stdout. Previously only cargo clippy merged streams — build parsers received empty stdout and errors passed through uncompressed. cargo test is explicitly excluded (test output goes to stdout; mixing in cargo progress would confuse the test parser).

Template sync — strong trs raw guidance on upgrade
standalone_file() was weaker than the locally-deployed ~/.claude/trs.md. Synced to the strong version: bold DO NOT, explicit "No prefix needed" line, routine commands listed. Next trs upgrade --refresh distributes the corrected version to all installed agent configs.

Codex AGENTS.md — imperative prefix instruction
trs init codex now writes "you must prefix every shell command with trs" instead of the old "prefer prefixing" — Codex has no pre-execution hook so the prefix is the only compression mechanism.

Benchmark script — correct working directory
benchmark.sh now always cds to the project root regardless of how it's invoked. timed_run distinguishes real timeouts (exit 124) from command errors (exit N) — tests 6/9/10 no longer falsely report (timeout).
