v1.3.1 — Fix migrate tab permission error

Bugfixes

• Migrate tab permission error fixed: Page slug was neura-woo-sync instead of registered slug neura-wp-woo-sync, causing "geen toestemming" when clicking the tabs
• API key buttons now work: Added handler for wcmac_migrator_action (generate/revoke key in Migrate tab)
• Code cleanup: Removed stray semicolon from render_settings_page
