Added — GUI one-click shell init/uninit

• Settings page now has Initialize and Remove buttons for shell integration.
• init_shell / uninit_shell Tauri commands: create ~/.envswitch/ dirs, write init.sh, add/remove init block from .zshrc/.bashrc — all from the GUI, no CLI binary needed.
• Shell integration status shown in real-time on the Settings page.

Changed — CLI availability is optional

• cover_module no longer requires the CLI binary to be installed. Only shell initialization is checked.

• Homebrew python@X.Y is keg-only — unversioned pip3/pip/pydoc3/idle3 etc. were missing.

• Release workflow now builds both aarch64-apple-darwin (Apple Silicon) and x86_64-apple-darwin (Intel Mac).
