interact-rs v1.2.1

Interact with nearest object keybind for World of Warcraft 1.12.1.5875 (Vanilla)

Installation

DLL (required):

  1. Place interact.dll in your WoW game folder
  2. Add interact.dll to dlls.txt (for VanillaFixes loader)
  3. Launch the game

Addon (required for keybinds):

  1. Extract Interact.zip to your Interface/AddOns/ folder
  2. You should have Interface/AddOns/Interact/Interact.lua
  3. Enable the addon in character select

Keybinding Setup

After loading, two new keybindings will be available in WoW's Key Bindings menu:

  • Interact - Standard interaction
  • Interact (auto-loot) - Interaction with auto-loot enabled

Lua API

  • InteractNearest(autoloot) - Interact with nearest valid object
    • autoloot = 0 - Normal interact
    • autoloot = 1 - Interact with auto-loot

Priority Order

  1. Lootable corpses
  2. Game objects (chests, herbs, mining nodes)
  3. Skinnable corpses
  4. Alive NPCs
