Paneleo 0.1.0-beta.1 is the first public beta.

Paneleo is an independent Windows desktop comic reader for local CBZ, CBR, and PDF files. It also includes an integrated browser for browsing and reading comics on BatCave.biz without switching between separate applications.

The local reader includes a comic library, saved progress, fullscreen reading, click and keyboard navigation, zoom, and Fit Page. BatCave bookmarks and reading-list entries are stored in Paneleo's local data.

Paneleo is not affiliated with or endorsed by BatCave.biz.

Use the installer for a normal Windows installation, or extract the portable ZIP and run Paneleo.exe. The installer requires administrator permission and checks for the Microsoft Visual C++ x64 runtime. The portable build does not require installation or administrator permission.

CBR/RAR support requires 7-Zip to be installed separately. The binaries are unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may show an Unknown Publisher warning. This is beta software; please report reproducible problems through GitHub Issues.

License and source

Paneleo-owned code is licensed under AGPL-3.0-only. Bundled third-party components retain their own licenses. The corresponding-source ZIP contains the matching Paneleo source and verified upstream source archives for the binary release.
