Survey Heartbeat

The Server, uses a socket with nanomsg survey, to emit a heartbeat, and collect the responses from the clients

Server Pub/Sub

The Server, uses another socket with nanomsg pub/sub, to publish the state of the discovery, the clients could be ClientSubscribers (they count as a clients and also are subscribers of the changes) or the can be pure Suscribers.
