First published release of the dahrk-node edge client.

Added

• dahrk start --token <enrolment-token> makes the process a self-managed node: it dials out over
  WebSocket, detects installed runtimes, and runs stages in git worktrees.
• Subcommand CLI: dahrk start, dahrk doctor, dahrk help and dahrk version, with --ephemeral
  for a throwaway node id.
• Token-only install: the hub URL defaults to the hosted hub, and --token / --name / --hub-url
  override the matching DAHRK_* env vars.
• Three install channels provide the dahrk command: npm, Homebrew (dahrkai/tap/dahrk), and curl
  from https://dahrk.ai/install.sh.
• pm2 config (ecosystem.config.cjs) for running a durable node from source.
• Tag-driven release CI: a vX.Y.Z tag publishes to npm, bumps the Homebrew tap formula, and cuts a
  GitHub release.
