A Pi stage authenticates against a subscription login, including OAuth shapes such as a
ChatGPT/Codex account, with the token refreshed hub-side per stage.
A stage whose model the connected provider cannot serve falls back to the auth profile's default
model rather than failing.
Fixed
A moved or renamed repo re-points its bare mirror to the Job's gitUrl on each refresh.
Transient upstream API failures are attributed as external, and watchdog kills as harness, so
neither is billed to the agent.
