Changed

  • daily-python now requires Python 3.8 or newer. This is a consequence of the pyo3 0.29.0 upgrade (see below), which dropped support for Python 3.7 (which reached end-of-life in June 2023).

Security

  • Upgraded pyo3 to 0.29.0 to address GHSA-36hh-v3qg-5jq4, an out-of-bounds read in the nth / nth_back implementations of PyList and PyTuple iterators.
