PathWeaver_AE v1.0 - Multi-GPU ANN Search System (Artifact for USENIX ATC '25)

This release contains the artifact for PathWeaver_AE, a high-throughput multi-GPU system for graph-based approximate nearest neighbor (ANN) search. The system extends the CAGRA method from the RAPIDS cuVS library and supports both single- and multi-GPU execution.
