Clicking on window to focus enters copy mode

This behavior is quite surprising at least to me. My expectation would be that if I simply click without dragging, it would merely select that window. Or at the very least, clicking an unselected window wouldn't enter copy mode.

Also thinking... entering read-only/frozen mode is kind of weird coming from Ghostty, where the terminal is still live when selecting things. Unsure what the least surprising behavior is that both matches Emacs and terminal expectations.

I added 2 things.

• Just a click doesn't change modes anymore
• If you drag, you have an option to what to change. copy mode, as before, buffer freezes and you have your peace when selecting, emacs-mode which is the same as copy-mode but with a live terminal. so selecting could get tricky if you're selecting in a redraw area, or you can disable it completely.
