Reimplemented Time to be immutable

Revamped classes so that:

• Time is now immutable by default (!)
• TimeMutable added and TimeImmutable removed
• Time now only contains the temporal value, no format value anymore
• TimeFactory now creates immutable Time objects by default
• formatting and parsing functionality moved to TimeHelper
• there is an interface for time objects now
