dalgo2bigquery v0.3.1

@trakhimenok trakhimenok released this 07 Oct 17:58
b33473e

Recognize native BigQuery dataset kinds during metadata observation, including datasets that previously failed the generic kind check. The driver remains read-only for metadata and physical table reads; this release does not authorize query jobs or activate any public-data source.

PR #13 was independently reviewed. Exact-head Go CI and CodeQL passed on the PR; the post-merge Windows race-test timing failure passed on rerun at the merge commit. Linux and macOS post-merge jobs passed initially.

dalgo2bigquery v0.3.0

f1104a8

Adds a read-only DALgo source for one selected BigQuery project and dataset, exposing table schema, declared keys, view metadata, and paged physical table rows. The source uses metadata and tabledata GET requests without submitting query jobs. Existing approved SQL execution and load APIs remain available.

Rows preserve exact integers and decimal values, raw binary data, SQL NULL, and temporal values. Reads enforce pagination, resource, identity and metadata checks; unsupported schema configurations fail explicitly. Index introspection remains unsupported, and paged reads are not an immutable snapshot.

Validated by independent review, race tests and vet on Linux/macOS/Windows, and a live Chinook Album comparison: all 347 rows and column metadata matched the pinned SQLite source across four pages. Full live dataset parity is not claimed by that proof.

e29b9bd

Adds an explicit BigQuery destination LoadWriter for bounded table loads, schema and constraint metadata, and durable load-job recovery. Source-side DALgo queries remain available.

Destination tables must be created by the writer. Loads enforce strict row validation; uncertain outcomes expose a job reference that callers can recover without resubmitting data. Resumable upload requests are restricted to approved HTTPS Google origins, and metadata patches use ETag preconditions.

BigQuery loads are atomic per table. Cross-table migrations can partially complete, and load jobs cannot atomically fence concurrent external table replacement. This release has passed independent review, Go tests, race tests, and CI on Linux, macOS, and Windows. Live DemoDB cloud loads are pending Google project access.

Go driver v0.1.2: bounded metadata discovery and TIMESTAMP parity

@trakhimenok trakhimenok released this 07 Oct 05:31
97f0c2e

This release adds bounded, operator-authorized BigQuery metadata observation and initial discovery. Discovery returns partial public metadata; it does not create an executable source profile or submit a query job.

It also aligns typed TIMESTAMP query parameters with the shared Go/JavaScript request contract, including scalar and array values. The deadline test fixes retain the existing execution limits and no-late-dispatch checks.

Validated on Go 1.27 with race tests, vet, and formatting checks on Linux, macOS, and Windows. Provider access, billable queries, and live browser acceptance remain separate integration gates.

Go driver v0.1.1: authoritative control snapshots

@trakhimenok trakhimenok released this 05 Oct 23:34
7df3d80

Adds Client.Snapshot for recovering the current public receipt and existing cursor from the trusted local ledger after status or cancellation. The operation validates receipt authority, uses the existing run lease, and observes the caller deadline with a 15-second ceiling. It performs no BigQuery request and does not renew execution approval or budgets.

Independent review found no issues. Race tests, vet and hosted Linux, macOS and Windows checks passed. CLI integration, JavaScript parity and live BigQuery acceptance remain separate gates.

dalgo2bigquery v0.1.0

@trakhimenok trakhimenok released this 05 Oct 22:33
0a55967

Initial Go analytical driver release for the accepted DataTug BigQuery contract.

Includes bounded native-table metadata validation, restricted typed query compilation, dry-run approval bindings, capped single submission, durable budget and cursor state, lossless result decoding, and bounded status/cancellation. Operator identity and policy are injected. The operator-server example composes the driver with explicit trusted configuration.

Validation: 168-case contract corpus, race-enabled tests, Linux/macOS/Windows CI, and independent correction review. A trusted dependency that never physically returns can retain one of the bounded worker slots until process exit; unknown paid reservations remain conservative.

This module release does not claim completed DataTug CLI integration, JavaScript parity, public-source admission, or live operator/browser acceptance. Those remain separate programme gates.
