This is the last release built from the vendored native sources (before the migration of the native dependencies to git submodules). It is kept as a stable fallback while the new build is adopted.

• Add consumer ProGuard/R8 rules (-keep class org.spatialite.** { *; }), so apps using minification no longer need to add them manually.
• Documentation: ProGuard setup, sponsors and funding.
