Перевірив локально — все працює.
Контейнери стартують, а БД ініціалізується.
Єдине змінив назву, щоб було .env бо не бачило змінних.
Можна мерджувати.

Я зробив такий скелет для проекту, можеш порівняти з тим, що я описував в Issues. По факту я додав тільки дерево файлів(трошки позаповнював базові типу .env, gitignore) і написав докер компоуз, де база даних працює, а для всого іншого написаний скелет. Я думаю, що проект у нас буде не занадто великий, тому можна весь код тримати в одному репозиторії.
Жду фідбек і якісь думки на рахунок цього. Якщо все подобається, то можеш апрувнути реквест і я потім замерджу його в основну вітку
