  • Fixed generated Codex publish policy templates to allow the audited uv run scaffold-guard publish path only when the generated project depends on a ScaffoldGuard version that includes that command.
  • Added a central publish-capable minimum version constant, currently 0.1.3, and rendered that dependency floor into generated profiles that can use the publish path.
