  • Clarified active DDM Emergency Fallback display logging so [NOTICE] records fallback selection and [WARNING] records fallback activation only when the selected fallback reaches reminder display.
  • Broadened DDM Emergency Fallback eligibility so a validated administrator requirement can cover normal resolver states missing, conflict, noMatch, and invalidVersion, while confirmed DDM still wins and unknown states fail closed. (Issue #129)
  • Preserved original resolver status, source, and reason through fallback evaluation; removed premature resolver-level quit logging and added explicit fallback-decision records.
  • Renamed active operator guidance from “Missing-DDM Emergency Fallback” to “DDM Emergency Fallback” and documented that pending-update Extension Attributes continue reporting native DDM resolver health.
  • Added an explicit macOS 27 icon (Issue #127)
  • Updated the preference-test preview helper to use the same macOS 27 icon mapping as runtime dialog rendering.
