HAVC installer v2.6.0 — FLUX.2-dev backend, DynamicVRAM, and prompt preset lists in the GUI.
Sixth backend family: flux2 (FLUX.2-dev + Mistral-3 TE + BFL small-decoder VAE + Flux.2 Turbo LoRA) with four shipped configs (flux2_dev_int4 / _fp8 / _q3 / _q2, steps: 2, paired cached-TE split on). The embedded ComfyUI core now runs on DynamicVRAM (comfy-aimdo), and the new vram_headroom config key keeps a 16 GB card repeatable with the int4 checkpoint (flux2_dev_int4.json ships 3; use 0 on 12 GB and 24 GB+). Measured on an RTX 5070 Ti: int4 ~4.0 s/frame, fp8 ~5.5, Q2_K ~9.3 (pairs, 2 steps). Also: the intermittent qwen-2511 "duplicated subject" artifact is documented as prompt-dependent (new Troubleshooting entry with before/after images), both colorization tabs get prompt preset lists (Preset # spinbox + Add/Update/Delete/Clear — the tab-4 dropdown is gone), and the redundant longcat_gguf_q8 config was removed. Update is incremental (no environment rebuild).

Start here:

  • HAVC-Setup-2.6.0.exe — HAVC Manager installer wizard (single-file, self-contained: no .NET
runtime needed). Windows SmartScreen may warn (Windows protected your PC → More info →
Run anyway); the exe is not code-signed yet. sha256: b271423b91aa8e8573f51cc3c5161dc5ab3bd23f2b1575667b6bdad153c5fd83
  • havc-2.6.0-py3-none-any.whl — HAVC server stack wheel: the content the manager installs (its
version follows the installer). sha256: 22423021cfaa415a26e01376668e023747a279f2861e5db44da3e5e959e06597
  • release.json — the release manifest read by the installer/manager (sha256 for every artifact).
Pinned packages and the ComfyUI runtime (comfy_bridge_v0.34.zip) come from the stable asset
release HAVC Assets v1.0.4; vscmnet2 comes from dan64/vs-cmnet2.

Requirements: Windows 10/11, NVIDIA RTX 30/40/50, CUDA 13.0+. Model weights are downloaded on
first use and preserved across updates. The flux2 family needs 16 GB+ VRAM and 64 GB+ RAM; the
int4/Q3/Q2 checkpoints are large downloads (13–33 GB).

Notes: installer releases (and their wheel) stay on the 2.x.x line; the 1.x.x tags are reserved
for asset buckets. This update replaces the vendored ComfyUI runtime (the bootstrap re-extracts
comfy_bridge_v0.34.zip; installed models are preserved). Existing installs keep a stale
config\longcat_gguf_q8.json only if they created or edited one — it is no longer shipped.
