Outcome\n\nCompletes the QG3 QR packet scanner recovery and resolves the remaining substantiated QA/product gaps.\n\n## Included\n\n- restores reliable anonymous QR packet scanning using natural paper-edge geometry\n- preserves old printed-sheet compatibility\n- fixes the Add a second version button and adds browser coverage\n- prevents ordinary test suites from being misreported as hardware skips\n- adds a screen mode to the visual auditor while retaining geometry checks\n- limits contents:write permission to the generated-file rebuild job\n- keeps generated QuickGrade.html and sw.js deterministic\n\n## Validation\n\n- targeted forms: 19 checks passed\n- runner hardening: 2 checks passed\n- visual audit: 7 checks passed\n- complete local run: 28 runnable suites passed; one transient cold-load measurement exceeded budget\n- immediate isolated 12x slow-phone rerun passed every budget, decoded 15/15 sheets, and read the QR correctly\n\nFixes #4\n\nPR #9 is superseded by the tested alternate-version fix included here.
