full release number 1

this is the very first full release of the lib. I tried to make the file tree as clean as I could. the structure is made to accommodate projects that don't want to deal with platform-specific non-sense. for example, you can just include <dangling/mem/mem.h> instead of going the full arch-->os-->subsystem-->module path, and this doesn't change between platforms. the same application code you write for Linux should compile and run on Windows as well
