Patch release for Control UI config-schema metadata, Node 24 workflows, and docs cleanup.

Highlights

  • Switches all GitHub Actions workflows to Node.js 24.
  • Removes the publish workflow's global npm i -g npm@latest step.
  • Refines the docs structure and wording across the guide and reference pages.

Fixed

  • Ships channelConfigs.openclaw-simplex.schema in openclaw.plugin.json so OpenClaw Control UI can render the SimpleX config editor from manifest metadata.
  • Adds a test that fails if the runtime channel schema and manifest channel schema drift apart.
