Granular Access at the Record Level within Collections and the Ability to Share Them

The functionality to grant access not to an entire collection, but to individual records stored within it. The current problem is that to grant permissions to specific records, one has to duplicate the entire collection to provide access to a single person.

Secondary Point: The internal transfer of records (such as passwords, notes, etc.) between registered users.

Envisioned Workflow for Record Transfer:

1. Initiate Transfer: The sender selects a record to transfer and specifies the recipient's username (email).
2. Notification: The recipient receives a notification about the incoming record.
3. Recipient's Decision: The recipient can either accept or decline the transfer.
4. Acceptance & Placement: If accepted, the recipient is prompted to choose a destination collection for the record.
5. Confirmation: The sender receives a delivery confirmation notification.

This would be a nice feature, and i think it is on the roadmap of Bitwarden for a while already.
But this is not something this project, Vaultwarden, can implement on its own. All clients need to support something like this, and we do not develop any client.

I think it would be a good idea to implement this at least for the web version, since the client apps are quite limited (e.g., they lack the ability to manage collections, etc.) 🤔

Again, this project, Vaultwarden, does not develop any client, that includes there web-vault.

The web-vault we ship with our containers is a fork with minimal changes to let it work correctly with three Vaultwarden backend. There are no features or functionality added to the web-vault in act way, nor will we start doing that any time soon i think.

We want to keep as close as possible to the upstream functionality.
