[Feature Request] Option to collapse all collections by default across Web UI and apps

Feature Description

Currently, collections are expanded by default when accessing the vault. For users managing a large number of collections and nested structures, this makes navigation visually cluttered and harder to scan quickly.

Proposed Solution

It would be very helpful to have an option (or a global preference) to keep all collections collapsed by default upon opening the vault, both in the Web UI and across client applications (desktop and mobile).

Users could then manually expand only the specific collection branch they need.

Related Issues

A similar request was submitted on August 10, 2023 (issue #3763), but it has not received any updates or answers yet.

Additional Context

• Benefit: A significantly cleaner UI, faster navigation, and reduced visual noise—especially for organizations or users with extensive collection hierarchies.
