Edge extension named Vaultwarden.

Hi all.
Today i found an extension in edge extension library:
https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/vaultwarden/cjdgpclnagfkbpbplgaikfbgjdoohmle?hl=en-US
Does anybody know anyting about this extension?
On the edge library the extension has an author named "HandsomeGuy" in the extension manifest the author is referenced as "HandsomgGuy" and on github the repos owner is somebody named "hansomgar". This is extremely strange.

I do not know if this extension is safe in any way or that their are bad intentions.
