Just tested this and it works without problem on my systems. I think the issue could be related to this:
Because it would probably help if this check would not fail. |

Steps To Reproduce
I first thought this issue was on the official bitwarden browser plugin and ios app side, but after consulting with them, it wasn't their fault. See bitwarden/clients#22981 for reference
The isssue happens, when I want to add a second vaultwarden instance account to either the app or the browser plugin when the accounts on both instances have the SAME email address. Adding 2 accounts each on its own instance with DIFFERENT email addresses works. Adding two with same email, will overwrite the first instance account and vice versa. This, to me, felt like a client issue, but after testing it on 2 completely fresh official bitwarden server instances, it did work. It only failed when using 2 vaultwarden instances.
Let me know if I can provide any more details, logs or infos about the official server instances if that helps debug the issue.
Expected Result
Adding 2 accounts with the same email on 2 instances works
Actual Result
it does in fact not work but overwrites the previously added one
