Magnets now start downloading right away (the first announce no longer waits ~55 s), a fast peer keeps its request pipeline full across piece boundaries, and silent uTP peers are dropped after ~60 s instead of minutes. Failed piece checks now say whether the bytes came wrong from the peer or were lost locally, and a few tracker error paths (nil reply, bare :badarg) and a multi-file piece edge case are fixed.
