Magnet links now start downloading from the peers they already found while fetching metadata, instead of starting from zero.

Added

• A magnet's download begins with every peer discovered while its metadata was being fetched, starting with the ones it was already connected to. Private torrents still use only their tracker's peers.

Fixed

• The peer a magnet fetched its metadata from is no longer blocked from reconnecting for five minutes once the download starts.
• One tracker asking to be contacted less often no longer slows down announces to all the other trackers of the torrent.
• A tracker's own error message (for example a private tracker asking you to re-download the torrent) is logged once instead of every few minutes.
• Peer connections that were abandoned during connection setup are now closed instead of staying open for the rest of the session.
