Supervisor's pkill→respawn pause was 800ms — too short for the DeckLink DEXT to fully release the input between processes. brew upgrade + launchctl kickstart triggered a fast-fail SDK state during the v2.4.27 deploy (1080p23.98 no-input-source frames while wire was live at 1080p59.94). Bumped to 3s. Prevents the failure; cannot unstick an already-wedged DEXT (which needs sudo killall DeckLinkHardwareXPCService or a Thunderbolt re-seat).
