• The five browsing controls (Hidden, Split, Order, Type, View) are now one uniform size instead of two different heights.
• Each control stacks its label above its value, so the current setting is readable at a glance rather than squeezed into a narrow dropdown.
• Pressing A steps a control to its next value in place — no menu opens over the file list.
• Settings that are changing what the list shows are tinted, so an active filter is visible without reading the row.
• The row is slightly shorter than before, so the file list gains a little space.
