Changes

• Fix Total Layers / Remaining Layers: Now fetches file details (command 1046) to get TotalLayers when not provided in print_status
• The CC2 protocol's delta status updates don't always include total_layer, so we now request file details when a print starts

Testing

This should fix the "unknown" values for:

• Total Layers
• Remaining Layers
