Previously both latest AND current needed build matches to compare.
Now if current has a +suffix (e.g. 1.1.3+863), only the trailing
build numbers are compared (863 vs 16), ignoring semantic versioning.

This prevents false positives like v16 being newer than 1.1.3+863.
