  • canonical issue-label definitions and self-healing label synchronization
  • hosted static repository validation
  • shared editor, line-ending, encoding, attribute, and ignore policies
  • KPR issue routing and repository links
  • repository metadata, private security-reporting path, branch protection, and release-tag protection
  • suite-aligned social-preview and README visual identity
  • the suite-wide merge policy: merge, squash, and rebase enabled; auto-merge disabled

What this release does not certify

  • a stable or supported financial-pricing API
  • a supported installation package
  • Excel execution CI or workbook-level regression results
  • numerical accuracy, pricing-model validation, or reference-data certification
  • production support or production readiness
  • a stable functional release
