What's new

• Auto-detect code repo URL from git remote. code_repo_url now resolves as: KEDGE_CODE_REPO_URL env var → git remote get-url origin → file://<cwd>. Anchors using your HTTPS or SSH remote URL match automatically without setting KEDGE_CODE_REPO_URL. CI pipelines should still set it explicitly since checkout tools often use different URL formats.

Docs

• Clarified [[repos.docs]] runtime behavior: fetches from remote on every run, reads from cache, not working tree
• Rewrote monorepo section to recommend KEDGE_DOCS_PATH with a warning against [[repos.docs]] for local development
• Added notes to CI guides explaining why KEDGE_CODE_REPO_URL is still recommended in pipelines
